Text that can grow with the reader

The Larger text control changes the body setting from 22 to 26 pixels. Its label then offers Standard text to reverse the change. The choice remains temporary and resets when the page is reloaded. Browser zoom is also available without using the site’s control.

Sources, limitations, decks and footer information are designed to follow the reading size. The layout uses Inclusive Sans for sustained text and full article titles, with Rubik Mono One reserved for short display elements. Essential qualifications are not intended to become small decorative captions.

No hidden part of the evidence

Every record in Blend context shows what the record names, what it supports, what remains unknown and a question to carry forward. All sixteen paragraphs are open. Reading a limit does not require opening an accordion or selecting a different view.

The directory links move to named record headings, and return links go back to that directory. They are ordinary anchors, supporting fragment addresses and browser navigation. The fixed evidence text does not depend on submitting a form or completing a sequence.

Keyboard and narrow-screen reading

A skip link offers access to the main content. Links and the text-size button are designed for keyboard navigation with a visible focus state. Standalone controls have generous target areas, and inline links remain underlined in their surrounding text.

On narrower screens, the side index and reading sections move into one document flow. Full titles and source names should wrap rather than disappear behind a horizontal panel. The page does not rely on a sticky overlay, animation or decorative corner graphic to communicate evidence.

What this statement can establish

These provisions describe the site’s reading design. They are not an accessibility certification or a guarantee that every assistive technology and browser combination behaves identically. Linked research, government and manufacturer pages have their own interfaces, which this publication does not control.

The article library and source register provide additional routes through the material. Our privacy explanation covers the temporary state of local controls without claiming that ordinary web infrastructure keeps no records.
